Logan Morrison says Gary Sanchez ‘shouldn’t be’ at Home Run Derby

The 2017 Home Run Derby rosters have been set, but one Rays slugger voiced his displeasure with the final field.

Logan Morrison, who is tied for second in the American League with 24 home runs, does not believe Yankees slugger Gary Sanchez deserves a spot in the competition.

“Gary shouldn’t be there,” Morrison said, via The Tampa Bay Times. “Gary’s a great player, but he shouldn’t be in the Home Run Derby.”

Sanchez currently has 13 home runs this season, which is the fewest UK Cheap Jerseys in the Home Run Derby field.

“I remember when I had 14 home runs,” Morrison said. “That was a month and a half ago.”

Billups — currently an NBA analyst on ESPN — has no front-office experience, but neither did Lakers general manager Rob Pelinka and Knicks former president of basketball operations Phil Jackson before they were hired at much larger salaries.

Former Cavs GM David Griffin decided to part ways with Gilbert in June after a failed negotiating window. He made under $2 million a year, one of the lowest salaries for the position despite leading the Cavs to three consecutive NBA Finals.

Billups, who spent 17 years in the NBA and was the NBA Finals MVP in 2004, told The Undefeated last week his desire is to be in the front office at some point.

“I want the opportunity to build something special and to enjoy building it,” he said. “That is something that would be very exciting to do, to build something desirable Victor Cruz Cheap Jerseys and sustainable.”

Koby Altman, the Cavaliers’ assistant general manager, is currently in charge while the team looks for a new GM.
